My account has been locked for over 2 weeks.
Don’t know the reason and I am not receiving any correspondence after inquiring. All the phone numbers that I have called disconnect me.
Please advise next step.

I applied for unemployment benefits last yr. (2020) Was granted the benefits and instead of having the money deposited to the state card, I had it direct deposited to a personal debit card. Never missed any payments, they were always deposited at the same time every week. This yr. (2021) I decided to have the funds direct deposited to a different account, still a personal debit card and my payments were to be deposited today 2-23-2021 into my account and i havent received it. I have no holds, my account is active, I dont have to do the identity verification, my account is not locked so I assume I dont have a program integrity hold but it does have a spot that says upload 1040 tax documents. Could this be why my payment hasnt been received? I tried two different times today to call the unemployment offices in Denver,CO. for 1 hr. 30 min both times only to not speak with anyone. My bank says that they dont see any pending direct deposits so I dont know what to do? Can someone please help me? I really need this money to take care of my family.
