According to the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA), you can check your claim or benefit payment status by calling the Payment Status Line at (617) 626-6563. This is an automated system that is operational daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please do not transfer to an agent while in the system, as this is not staffed at this time.
You can also log in to UI Online for claimants to view your claim information, request weekly benefits, and update your personal information. You will need your Social Security number and password to log in.
If you have any questions or issues with your claim, you can contact the DUA Call Center at (877) 626-6800. The Call Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Multilingual call agents are available.
