One of the requirements required to qualify for unemployment benefits is that you are willing and able to go back to work and searching for work while claiming benefits. So if you have health issues that prevent you from working you will not be eligible to qualify for unemployment benefits.
When do I sign up for unemployment… on my last day of work June 29, 2018 or do I sign up before my last day? Please advise.
