Generally you are not eligible for unemployment benefits if you take medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act. The employee’s employment is suspended “due to the employee’s unavailability for work or inability to perform suitable work otherwise available with the employer,” http://www.hq-law.com/blog/unemployment/can-i-collect-unemployment-benefits/
Can I file for unemployment after working ruffly 84 hours a week since Christmas with only 1 other employees help until I collapsed This Thursday, went to the doctors gave me 5 days off. my district manager has called me, has text me and other employees That I just hired last week quit because of the bullying from district manager And then she lied about me contacting her when I fired 2 girls 1st smoking meth on the clock. I have all my text messages indicating that she had enough time to send me help but instead her reply was she has bigger fish to tend to. And that I would just have to suck it up.and I am under such distress from all this lack of help from my Corp that I am ready to quit my job
