I was wondering is their anyway that I can get a history of employment , from 1993 to 2013. It’s for a job I’m trying to get.
My question is. I was terminated on Thursday last week. My employer is headquartered in NY and during my tenure there, I lived and worked in Virigina for 18 months and moved to Forida for an additional 18 months. In what state do I file my claim? My HR group is saying to file in Vrginia but this makes no sense. HELP!
