If you are being harasses and bullied at work you need to take action:
1. Tell the person who is harassing you to stop.
2. If the harassment continues make a record of each harassment including date, what was said by who and witnesses.
3. Report the harassment to your manager
4. Always keep calm and do not retaliate
5. Set up a meeting with supervise and person harassing you. Share the record of your harassment and ask that it stops.
6. If harassment continues take complaint to higher management.
7. If Harassment Continues report to your state department of Labor or get legal counsel.
In some states you can apply for an extension of your unemployment insurance benefits online. Some states will send you a letter informing you that your benefits have been exhausted and an extension is available. However as you certify going forward your benefits will be reduced to a new rate during the extension period. If you have not received an extension notification letter, you will need to report to your local unemployment office and apply for your extension if it is available.
