Finally today 12/03/2014 Unemployment Office said for me to try the number again and be patient. I put my phone on speaker and listened for 30 minutes for me to press a number for 9 different languages. Obviously, repeating the same phrases over and over. Please help. BTW the e-mail above to the UIadvocasy group also did not work.

Last, but not least, I have already lost money due to these phone lines not working properly and no one in the Newburgh office willing to help. Since, my job as school bus matron does not pay very much and no Holiday pay, my unemployment is critical to my sustainment. Please help, and notify me at 845-***-7***.
