How would I describe dealing with the Paducah unemployment office? Horrendous would be a compliment. I have nothing but issue after issue. I have been waiting in limbo for 6 weeks worth of unemployment payments. Today Danielle informed me that my 6 weeks worth of compensation was on a debit card. A fact that the unemployment office failed to enlighten me on….imagine that! Danielle gave me some useless number to call. Since that time, I have talked with 3 people who couldn’t wait to transfer me into oblivion. I have been on hold for over 1 1/2 hours. I am sick of the Paducah office to a degree I would’ve never imagined.
I have informed the Ky State Senator on the problems I have had. Surprisingly…they had already heard all about it.
It is the unemployment offices responsibility to make sure my compensation has been processed correctly. NOT MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
