Your Experience: I can’t believe my taxes go to fund such incompetence. My boyfriend went to Alton unemployment office multiple times to provide them with paperwork they supposedly needed. Apparently the paperwork didn’t get where it needed to go because some woman named Jean just called and said she doesn’t have it. Absolutely ridiculous. I pay taxes. My taxes fund those jobs! I expect the people doing those jobs to do their job!
