I am locked out of my unemployment site

Q) I am locked out of my unemployment site. I cannot speak to anyone since all phone numbers revert back to the recordings. I have tried to change my pin, but just get thrown back to the main page. Is there any way you can help me get the 1099 mailed to my home instead of online, or better yet, can you help me get back into the site? I am so exasperated and upset, having spent many hours in this attempt. I would so appreciate any assistance you could give me. Thank you very much.

A) I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your unemployment account. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your email: The unemployment office may have sent you an email with information on why your account is locked or what steps you need to take to regain access. Check your email, including your spam or junk folder, for any messages from the unemployment office.
  2. Try resetting your password: If you are able to reset your password, this may allow you to regain access to your account. Follow the steps on the website to reset your password.
  3. Contact the unemployment office: If you are unable to regain access to your account or reset your password, try to contact the unemployment office through their website’s “contact us” page or by email. Explain the issue you are having and ask for assistance in gaining access to your account or getting a paper copy of your 1099-G form.
  4. Visit a local office: If you are still unable to access your account, you may be able to get assistance in person at a local unemployment office. Call ahead to confirm if the office is open and if they are able to assist with your issue.

It’s important to take action quickly to resolve the issue, as you need access to your unemployment account to receive your benefits and obtain important information about your claim, such as the 1099-G form. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to the unemployment office for help.
