Morning I have not received my GA unemployment card
There are a few reasons why you might not have received your GA unemployment card yet. Here are a few of the most common reasons:
Your claim is still pending. If your claim is still pending, it means that the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) is still reviewing your information to determine if you are eligible for benefits. Once your claim is approved, you will be mailed your card.
You selected direct deposit. If you selected direct deposit when you filed your claim, you will not receive a card. Your benefits will be deposited directly into your bank account.
The card was lost or misdelivered. If you think your card was lost or misdelivered, you can contact the GDOL to request a replacement card.
Here are the steps you can take to get your GA unemployment card:
Check your claim status. You can check your claim status online at the GDOL website.
Contact the GDOL. If your claim is approved and you have not received your card, you can contact the GDOL at 1-877-GA-DOLOL (1-877-423-6565).
Request a replacement card. If you think your card was lost or misdelivered, you can request a replacement card online at the GDOL website or by calling 1-877-GA-DOLOL (1-877-423-6565).
The GDOL will mail your replacement card to the address you have on file. You should receive your card within 7-10 business days.
