I have a Unemployment Insurance claim on hold due to a missed RESEA appt scheduled for 8/30/24. My car would not start and I was late getting to my appt and was told that I could reschedule and to wait for a call. I have tried to contact my agent, Sonya since that day but her phone states that she is not accepting calls and has no way to leave a message. I have a deadline to reschedule and this is stressing me out. please call me to reschedule ,my appt before they deny my benefits.
