I went with my friend who has no computer skills hoping they could help her. The person was not interested in helping her. She just told her to go to a computer and start searching for jobs. I tried explaining that this 79 year old woman was unable to use a computer. The employee said well that’s what you’re here for. How does someone actually get benefits or is it a conspiracy. The employee had no interest in actually helping anyone. She was rude short and made me disgusted
