In Florida you can file your unemployment benefits claim by phone if you are exempt from filing your claim online. To file by phone, you can call the Florida Unemployment Insurance agency’s customer service contact center at 1-833-352-7759 to get assistance for filing your claim.
I tried calling the number they provided for filing unemployment and it keeps sending me in a loop asking to press star, then I press star over the phone, and it asks me the same question again or send a me back to he main menu. I cannot get to an associate who can help me how can I reset the PIN.
I tied by email link it says system error then I tried a different way to rest and it keeps saying system error. I need to speak to an associate who can help me in the system so I can file an unemployment claim. Or please tell me if you can help me in one of your offices and I will come in. I need help either way. Thank you!
