I applied for Unemployment in January. I was informed that more information was needed to verify my identity. I am unable to take photos with my phone and want an address to mail photocopies of my drivers license and social security card. I have called repeatedly with no results. Could you please help me with this?
I’m on furlough and to date my company has been submitting my information weekly, and confirmed to me they still are. But for some reason my UI stopped and I have not received any funds since 12May2021. I’ve sent several emails and phone line is busy. Please advise.
