I have been on this unemployment claim line for 4hrs now. What does a person have to do to get their unemployment?

We filed for unemployment, had issues wiht ID.me going through it took longe than the 14 days and we got a inbox that we were disqualified even though we completed the process. What do we do now do we reopen the claim? I really need this money to pay my mortgage its been over a month.
