* I am a federal government retiree applying for unemployment benefits until I receive first annuity payment.
* After navigating the extensive edd.ca.gov phone tree, I have been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. Hanging up now.
* I cannot complete the online application for unemployment benefits because I do not a have ID.me account, I have LOGIN.gov. You do not offer this as a login option.
* I am going to call the Marina office now. Had to hang up from edd.ca.gov line to make an appointment.
* Not happy with customer service so far, but I’m sure it will get better…
