I have been dealing with issues since I started my claim back in April. I have sent countless emails, including contacting our local state rep who submitted tickets on my behalf, I finally heard from an intake person (twice this happened) who took info said they were passing it onto escalations whom I have never heard from and problem has never been resolve. I have been charged twice for the same thing….( old overpayment from 2013) no one will tell me why or when the money will be returned. I just finished my 2nd attempt at applying for benefits, finished my second 4 week cert process and I have not received my “waiting weeks” monies from either UI claim….Weeks 1 and 11 on my UI account. I am about to take this into legal action if at all possible as well as contacting the local paper. I have all documentation as well as emails with dates attached….someone needs to resolve these issues…
I too have called and called with questions about my claim and my understanding of certain things and I have never been contacted. I know that this is a busy time for the center, but what is someone supposed to do to get some answers?
