Your Experience: Horrible. Ernest has a very bad attitude and absolutely no customer service skills. You cannot just speak with people any type of way. If calls are recorded, maybe some of his calls should be monitored. Seems that Ernest does not enjoy his position and needs to seek employment elsewhere.
