had 5 disqualified weeks on my unemployment .. need this resolved

Q) Can someone please contact me I have been trying to contact you for days I’ve had 5 disqualified weeks on my unemployment and I need this resolved I was told I was supposed to be at a resea orientation last month I live 85 miles from there in alabama I spoke with a lady at this office about 4 days ago she was supposed to help me get this resolved and call me the next morning I still haven’t heard from her and I’ve been trying to call everyday and can’t get anyone to answer I have children and I’m depending on this unemployment right now to survive and not having a check in 5 weeks has definitely been bad please contact me @2*6-***-3*31

I have tried calling the number you provided, but it is not going through. I have also tried emailing the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), but I have not received a response.

I am not sure what else I can do to help you. I suggest that you keep trying to call the DEO and emailing them. You can also try contacting your state representative or senator. They may be able to help you get in touch with someone who can resolve your issue.
