I have been trying to log into the new system and cannot due to limited plug-in capabilities. Every phone number I call results in a recording or simply terminated. I have had my claim for sometime and it was going fine until this new system. I am 74 years old and still looking for work and now have missed 2 filings for benefits, allbe they small ($122.00 per week) but we depend on them until i find another job. Can someone please call me @ 315-***-6731 and help me.
I am not surprised. The DEO really is messed up – always changing their systems – no one you can speak with on the phone — and now double charging me for their “overpayment “when I was unemployed. It doesn’t seem to matter – we’re both Veterans, but they seem to screw it up universally. Plus, I already sent in — through the DEO payment system online — a payment in full for the supposed “overpayment”. I am well – ……would be “disappointed” the right term? NO HELL NO
