Its true the same thing happens to me I try to call unemployment since April i have a chance to speak with an agent on August after that nothing i call like every day early in the morning but the message state say because a higher volume of calls no nobody can attempt my call.
I received a letter back on September of 2021 that I was eligible for a payment from unemployment for leave of unemployment back on December 2020 to march of 2021. I have contacted my my lawyer for a follow-up for payment to see if you have received that letter. Thank You.
