I have Filed for Unemployment, did the phone interview, faxed the identification paperwork requested Twice, Recieved the Bofa Card, Have been out of work since May 19th of this year, And still my payment Card from Bank of America is Closed. I was told to Fax Identification to The Unemployment office fax phone numbers which I did..with no results. My card is still closed. How can this be Resolved?
